MyAdminMate is designed to be simple and easy to use.

Download the app from the Apple App Store (iPhone/iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), then you’re ready to get started.

First Time Using the App

We’ve included a Coach Me feature to guide you through your first steps. Just follow the on-screen prompts—they’ll show you everything you need to know.

Tips

1. Take your time the first time you use the app and read the short Coach Me prompts that will appear on your screen (they will disappear after a short period). (You can reload the Coach Me function if needed by pressing the button in your account details / top right of your screen)
2. Speak clearly and naturally. After a couple of test entries, you’ll see how easy it is, and you can work much faster.
3. When creating a customer record, quote, or invoice, always check that the details are correct.
4. When entering your business details, make sure they’re also accurate, as they’ll appear on all of your future documents. You’ll only need to enter these
   once, but you can update them at any time.

That’s it! No lengthy manuals or complicated setup. MyAdminMate is built to make admin quick and easy for busy tradespeople. We hope you enjoy using it.
